Earth Day: Our Vision for Sustainability at BNA

Sustainability – balancing People, Planet and Profit – is an important and longstanding part of BNA’s mission. And it will continue to be as we build and expand with BNA Vision. Some examples:

  • BNA’s Terminal Garage is Parksmart℠ Bronze certified for “green” design, construction and operation. Click here for more about what makes it so green.
  • Our NEXT Terminal Garage, which opens this summer, is on track for Parksmart℠ certification, too.
  • The new Concourse D, which opens this summer, is on track for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™ (LEED®) certification.
  • Our Airport Administrative Building, which opens later this year, is on track for LEED® certification.

We’re building for the future, and sustainability is a necessary part of that process and our goal of creating a world-class airport.
