We love renderings. But then, there’s virtual reality! BNA President and CEO Doug Kreulen recently took a look at the future of the terminal lobby, as it will appear in 2023, with our friends from Hensel Phelps.

The future has exciting things in store for BNA. In this video, you’ll see a VR view of:

  • the terminal’s facade (as seen from inside — lots of glass!)
  • the future escalator and Level 5 mezzanine to the present-day Level 3 (departures and ticketing level)
  • the oculus (a guitar-inspired skylight that will be built over the present-day central staircase and elevator), and
  • a 3-D model showing the distinctive roof canopy as it will look in 2023.
